This page is designed to help you determine where you ordered your plugs from. Seedland sells thousands of plug orders every season, we also have informational websites that appear
in search results. Sometimes consumers confuse us with other companies from which they have ordered grass plugs. We developed this page to assist the customer with determining where
they ordered plugs and to provide contact information for Seedland.com.
WE SHIP PROMPTLY

Seedland ships all orders placed online or by phone with our
company - on the Monday & Tuesday following placement of your
order (order must be placed by 10AM Friday to ship the following Monday).
Many companies do NOT ship as promptly as Seedland. If you are
not sure who you ordered from, please look at your invoice and determine who
the actual company was that you ordered from. Seedland does NOT advertise
in newspapers for the sale of plugs, nor do we sell plugs in
multiples of 100 or 1000.
We only sell
the large 3 inch by 3 inch plugs in quantities of 36 per order.
Each order of our plugs are shipped as 36 plugs in two large plastic TRAYS inside a large cardboard box. This is different from many companies. We do NOT
offer package deals of 500 or 1000 or 2000 plugs for a fixed
priced. If your order originated from a newspaper ad or for one of the large package quantity deals... then you ordered from a different company than Seedland.com.

Orders placed after 10 AM Friday will be scheduled for shipment on the
next cycle (2nd Monday). |

Important - Shipping Restrictions:
Due to state agricultural regulations on soils, we can not
ship our Grass Plugs to the following states:
Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, & Wyoming.
Due to shipping time constraints we do not ship any plugs outside USA mainland States.
(IE: Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, US Islands). There are no
restrictions on seeds shipped to these states.
Shipment Dates: Our grass plugs ship
seasonally* every Monday for all orders placed the previous week.
Orders must be placed by 10 am EST on Friday in order to ship the
following week. Occasionally shipments may be delayed due to weather issues (heavy rains result in plugs too wet to ship). Since we ship orders ASAP once they are placed, please
order only if you are ready to plant.
*Note: Seedland only ships Grass Plugs during the spring months of February, March, April,
and May.
